All clients residing in mainland UK can avail of freepost service via DPD provided by Reliable Medicare Ltd.
To create your free DPD label, just click HERE. Include your own address as the return to sender information, as our delivery address is already preloaded. Afterwards, you can conveniently drop off your parcel at any of DPD's 2500+ UK Drop Shops, free of charge (excluding Northern Ireland).
If you prefer or if you are located outside the mainland, you have the option to send the item to us using a method of your choice, such as Royal Mail. It is a simple process and we suggest using a tracked service for added convenience.

We provide home collection services through DPD, with charges of £10 or £17 for insurance. To arrange for collection, please contact our team at [email protected] and they will assist you in organizing it.
You are permitted to submit an unlimited number of bags. Please ensure that you complete a separate submission form for each item on our website.
Our team of appraisal specialists assesses your bag to provide you with a competitive trade offer. The valuation is determined by various criteria such as the brand, authenticity, condition, and current market demand for the specific style of your item.
Currently, the prices we quote are definitive and non-negotiable. Should our quote not meet your expectations, please respond to our email to decline the offer. You are under no obligation to accept it.
To proceed with our offer, respond to the email containing the offer details. You have a window of 7 days to either accept or reject our proposal. (Should you decide to sell your item after the validity of the offer has lapsed, please resubmit photos of your bag to obtain an updated quote.)
The quoted price is fixed and represents a single-use offer. In the event that your bag is not chosen for resale, we will return it to you at no cost.
