Restoration of your item is very important to us. We appreciate that the item is extremely precious to you and we will always treat it with care.

Restoration can be a timely process and we believe that quality should always be our top priority.

As you can imagine, time frames are quite hard to determine until we have started work on your item.


Please refer to the email in which we have provided you with an estimated timeframe.

Our timescales quoted are always an estimate as all work is bespoke work carried out by our skilled Artisans therefore may change depending on varying factors such as (but not restricted to), oil or stain extraction, unexpected Technician absence and the progress of bags before your item in the queue.

If you have a key event, holiday or occasion that is within 14 days of your estimated completion date please let us know at the earliest convenience and we will aim to meet this for you. Please note that these slots in our Clinic are limited and will be issued on a first come first serve basis.

We can clean, restore and repair all leather good including shoes, wallets, jackets and accessories.

We offer a huge range of cleaning and colour work services and treatments at AW365 from basic cleaning to full restoration and colour change services. We also offer a range of stitch repairs to resolve everything from simple stitch work to full lining replacements.
